We are located to the west of I-169 on NW Vivion Road, adjacent to Briarcliff West

From Downtown, take I-169 North to Vivion Road exit. Turn left on Vivion Road. The community is located approximately 1/4 mile down on the right hand side of the road.

From KCI Airport, take I-29 South to Vivion Road exit. Turn left on Vivion Road. The community is located approximately 1/2 mile down on the right hand side of the road.
